Very much bad service. I want to sell my old jwellery which was purchased from Anjali itself but due to gifted thing I don't have the original bill. I called them and give them all the details they told me to come to the showroom. After reaching the showroom they totally denying to sell the jwellery without bill although the jewelry is on my name and I told them to check in the system with phone number to take a print out of the bill. They didn't do that. I am regular customer of Anjali Jwellers. Can't believe this kind of unwanted attitude

It was a fabulous experience, they have wide collection within our budget range given gold price is so high. They helped us to choose right jewellery, never pushed to go higher range, they respect customer choice.

Overall good experience. The emoyees are very professional and polite and listen 5o Customer requirements carefully and patiently to provide suitable suggestions. Also, they provide clear instructions to the customer about different sections.

The design of gold ornaments made by Anjali are really good and praiseworthy. Also the behavior of staffs are fantastic. I am happy to make friendship with ANJALI JEWELLERS

It was a warm and great experience at Anjali Jewellers. The staff behaviour was amazing, the collections were unique and varied. Overall the experience was wholesome.

Environment was good sellspersons are always there for helping us without any hesitation whether I came for purchashe 1 Lakh or 5000/- purchase, they are always there for help us. One thing I am disappoint, there jewellery designs are almost same and nothing new designs available in the market. If they improve it they will rock it.

I bought a wedding ring here. These rings are WAY to thin, and you can't even tie your show without it bending. It's cracked, they wanted to charge a repair fee... and because of how bad this place is, we're just eating the 28% return cost for the HORRIBLE QUALITY. We already bought another ring that is thicker and better quality. We will just go to a better store and buy the ring we ultimately want. Don't buy here.... Honestly, go to a larger chain that would fix things for free. And... after wasting my time here, they couldn't give a refund for 2 weeks. Place sucks.

A good place to shop for jwellery. The staff is very courteous and professional. The store is quite small. The layout of the store could also be improved.
