My family is a consistent buyer of jewellery from JKJ. This was the first time I went to JKJ for my first purchase of lifetime. I.e. Pooja Utensils I have my very close knownd having the jewellery showrooms. Instead of that I chose to buy from JKJ. I didn't know that would charge such crazy amount of making. I expected higher but after a conversation to my friend that too after 3 days I just realised they charged 20 times more than the normal jeweller charge. I FEEL CHEATED AND DISAPPOINTED. I MEAN YOU SHOULD TAKE YOUR BRAND ROYALTY. BUT THIS IS SOMETHING UNREAL.

I recently visited the JKJ outlet in Vidhyadhar Nagar and after going through 2-3 pieces I decided I don't like the collection and I was buying kid's jewellery for my new born nephew and as a concerned aunt, when I told the person alloted me that I would like to explore more and then make my decision, but he was really rude and unprofessional, with tongue in teeth he said "sirf dekhne aaye the kya" I found it insulting. Also he announced that I'm leaving store without anything aloud to his fellow employees. I'm never stepping in another JKJ outlet ever and I'll be making sure this incident gets reported. Unprofessional and rude behaviour towards customer is terrible hospitality. It was an insult to my self respect and dignity. Just because I was wearing khadi kurta and simple sandals, I was judged as a poor person who roams around stores for fun? Shameful.

Kudos to the staff here at JKJ Vidhyadhar Nagar. The collection is simply amazing. The Jewelry we purchased was crafted in gold and looks like a symbol of brilliant artistry.
