I chose this hospital for my wife's delivery on both instances (2019 and 2023) due to various factors like - 1. Highly experienced and qualified doctors especially Dr. Krishnakumar and Dr. Rohan. 2. Set procedures and systems for everything. 3. Correct communication to patients. 4. All facility under 1 roof for mother and child. 5. They never deny any critical cases and work towards handling them smoothly. 6. Staff is very cooperative. 7. Charges are appropriate for services rendered. 8. Location wise it is easily accessible. Sincere thanks to everyone at the hospital, please do keep up the good work.

The hospital provides excellent service. Dr. Kumar is one of the best and very humble. However, some of the junior doctors and staff are quite rude. They tend to speak rudely without listening to or understanding our personal problems or reasons. As humans, we understand their situation and workload, but I've experienced this behavior for the third time, prompting me to share this review. Women visit here because they are undergoing some medical issues or treatments, and this behavior of the staff is very upsetting for the patients. We hope to see some improvements. Thank you for your reply and call for concern. As I mentioned on the call also, I was completely okay with waiting until the OPD was over or coming in the evening. I asked both at the reception and the junior doctor if it is not possible this moment; I could come at 5 pm (this time is also reserved for follicle scan). I was okay with revisiting, but not okay with the arrogance displayed by three staff members in the line.

I am very happy to share that I had a very wonderful experience being treated for my pregnancy at JK women hospital. I must share that the overall Journey was amazing and everything were taken care entirely by the hospital. It was our first pregnancy. Hospital team guided us throughout the pregnancy properly. We are thankful to their entire team of doctors & supportive staff, we are blessed with a healthy baby.. Hospital is very good, cleanliness is maintained, food is excellent.
