JK RESIDENCY Perundurai - Resort hotel in Vijayapuri, Perundurai - Erode, India

Too costly for the mediocre stay quality and experience! Maybe because that's the only motel at the location. Service vice there wasn't a standard person to speak with so one person promise one thing and things are not followed up. The staffs were good still it's not a good way to operate!

Good location. Average rooms and average service. Calm stay

Basic hygiene is missing. Room is full of bugs. We cannot sleep because of mosquitoes. Bed has all sorts of insects. Avoid if you rather have another basic choice. Wanted to sleep for some time en route bangalore and ended up sleep deprived. They don't mind charging you 2k for the most unhygienic accomodation on offer.

The most expensive, not worth the penny. The rooms and bathrooms are not that clean. Even 3stars hotels never charge like them for a single night stay. Full of bugs on room floors. If you wanted a stay nearby erode or perundurai. Don't pick this one

1200 rs Non AC is too much for this hotel .. But hotel is in front of Toll gate highway .. which makes comfortable to check out travel back .. filled with hotel around ... Hotel room clean but very ordinary room .. if it was 750 some thing it will be perfect

Rooms are available in three different blocks and the neatness of rooms depend upon the block they give, service is ok and the location is near toll gate so for transit is feasible. Over all ok for the budget.

An average property with above average rates, felt like an average hotel but not a resort. Facilities are awful and very basic hospitality.

The photos were just eye catchers, poorly maintained rooms, the bathrooms didn't have locks inside and could have been more clean, small parking area. The location is on the main road next to the toll gate.
