Its okay. The staff needs to improve more on hospitality. The place is not clean enough. Found hair and dust balls flying around. The reception people are confused. It took a lot of time to just get the bill and check out. Needs to improve a lot !

Now its not Muthoot hospital, it's changed to JK Medicare

I would have given more stars if they didn't keep me waiting for hours to see the doctor. Even after prior booking hours of waiting for the consultation is very annoying. We will feel like our time have no value while waiting in the OPD. The facilities, hospitality, and the doctors are good. But they need to keep an eye on timely dispersal of awaiting patients. The IPD rooms are quite Okey and we won't feel a crowded hospital environment. Using the current available technologies the authorities should try to avoid long waiting time i felt.

This is the second time I am facing this problem. We booked for consulting a doctor and they have given a time slot. But when we came on time, one more hour waiting is needed in between. I didn't understood whats the purpose behind booking the slot. Receptionist got confused when i asked this. Simply unsystematic.

I am buying medicines for my father every month. When I came here for buy it I need to spend more than half an hour to get it. Atleast the persons in the counter need to tell us it will take time,but they not mind it I stopped buying medicines for JK Medicare

Only the Ortho dept is good there. Dr. Rajan Thomas is the one you should meet. He is a very good doctor. The rest of the hospital is just deserted and lack of staff too....Very rarely I see patients coming and going!

I'm in love with this hospital..I mean a place where no one wants to be in would be a hospital but JK is like a paradise to me...it feels just like home..Renjith Dr is one of most humble persons that I've ever met..The hosptality is great..All the staffs including the canteen members are lovely.. The hospital's git Dr's from every dept,including Surgery

The doctors are good but the behaviour of staffs are really disappointing.The hospital will soon close down if their behaviour continues like this.They are being very rude to the patients and keeps us waiting for so long.I really had a bad experience from the staffs.
