One of my close relatives visited JK hospital for her long duration knee pain. Ortho doctor said arthritis has affected both knees and surgery must be done. Showed the X-ray and explained the stages of the disease well. Enquired about the rates and the rate was only half when compared to other hospitals. Planning to do the surgery at the earliest. I wholeheartedly recommend the Orthopedic department of JK Hospital to everyone.
My sister had visited DR PP Mohandas dermatologist today 09-11-2023 and she had a very sad experience. Doctor, with all due respect I want to say something. Please try to understand that we come to doctors when we really need help. And we pay the consultation fees for your time ... for you to listen to us and then prescribe a medication... but unfortunately you hardly gave 5 mins to my sister out of which you were talking for 3 mins cutting my sister while she was speaking and not even being bothered to hear what the real issue was . She has been suffering from multiple skin issues from past 2 years and she wanted to explain it because it was recurring and she just did not want to keep on eating antibiotics . Nobody wants to keep on eating antibiotic's. If the issue is not getting cured then there could be a reason right ? Don't we deserve to know ? Dont we deserve 5 mins of your time where you actually listen and sympathise and try to understand a bit atleast. Instead of all this all she got was some bullying from you and that is the last thing we want when we are already in a LOOOOOT of pain ! And he even yelled (got angry) at her saying 'I have a lot of patients to see' (He has consultation at home as well) Ok we respect your time doctor . I know that you are a well known and surely a talented doctor . No doubt there . But if this is how a human being is getting treated then what is the point ? We wont be coming there again or take any of our family there for sure because we are scared . I don't know if my comment here is going to make any change but as a sister who saw her sister coming home shattered I could not help but say it out loud . I really hope the Doctor sees this and actually makes a change from his heart to treat his patients with little more empathy . One of the best hospitals in the locality. For several years my entire family consults here. Dr Ranjith is one of the best physicians and diabetoligist. Recently I had visited JK hospital for physiotherapy to treat adhesive capsulitis of my left arm. Dr Vineeth V.V is one of the best physiotherapist. He is patient and details about the treatment procedure. Considering my short vacation Doctor had planned on a condensed treatment session and within 15 to 21 days I had almost regained the movement of my left arm. Good hospital for people nearby kanjikuzhy & manarcad. Dr. Ranjith John is a well mannered & down to earth personality. Good at diagnosing diabetic problems. While great personality like him are humble, it is the receptionist & a couple of nurses in the general ward who behave arrogantly to patients. The hospital's name should not be spoiled by few odd ones.
