I believe this hospital gives good service and facilities which is nice and nabh credential proves that as well. But one feedback for the dialysis department about women's safety and comfort. I was there with my sister for dialysis and she was alone in the department for dialysis and I was accompanying her for her comfort since she was alone with one male staff and after a few minutes he asked me to leave the room which I didn't agree therefore i am writing this feedback I believe as per the protocol female candidate can't be left alone with the male staff please take care of it. I believe this can improve and please take care of it.
One of my friends recommend this hospital for orthopaedic department. Good facilities, great environment, neat and clean floors and Doctor is so kind for my patient. Best hospital in Bahadurgarh.
This is a good hospital and mainly known because of Dr Jyoti Malik and she is one of the best at what she does. However, her assistant Rakhi Shokeen, she is a arrogant and rude lady (thank god she is not a doctor), she has no manners on how to talk to patients. This poor behavior of her and thus the patient experience has been observed multiple times and when I mentioned the same to other patients in my visits, they also narrated about how they have felt the same way. Hope someone notices this and makes sure that she is polite and not disrespectful to patients.
