JJ GUEST HOUSE - Lodge in Gunupur - Rayagada, India

The manager don't know how to behave with their customers may it be anyone. I had checked in at 11PM and the next day he forces me to check out at 6PM which doesn't complete even 24hour check in and further took full charges of Rs. 900 and didn't even give me a bill. So rude and a bad experience. PS - There are many other lodges at the side only with great facilities and behaviour.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel JJ Guest House in Gunupur, Raygada Orissa and I must say it was a delightful experience. From the moment I entered the hotel, I was greeted by the friendly staff who made me feel welcomed and taken care of. The hotel, though not very large, has a charming and cozy atmosphere. The lobby area was well-maintained and beautifully decorated. The check-in process was swift and hassle-free, which was appreciated after a long journey. The staff at the front desk were extremely polite and efficient in handling my inquiries and requests. My room at the JJ Guest House was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The bed was plush and provided a great night's sleep. The room had all the necessary amenities, including a flat-screen TV, mini-fridge, and a well-functioning air conditioner, which was essential . The bathroom was spacious and spotlessly clean, with a hot shower that always had good water pressure. What sets the JJ Guest House apart from others is their excellent customer service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. They were quick to respond to any queries or concerns I had, and were always ready to provide me with helpful suggestions on local attractions and places to eat. They even arranged transportation for me when I needed to go somewhere, which was incredibly convenient. One thing that could be improved upon is the Wi-Fi connectivity in the rooms. While the lobby and restaurant areas had a strong signal, the connection in the rooms tended to be a bit slow and intermittent. However, this was only a minor inconvenience and did not significantly impact my overall stay. Overall, my stay at the JJ Guest House was fantastic. The staff's warm hospitality, comfortable accommodations, and delicious food made it a memorable experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Gunupur, Raygada Orissa

They are froud, worst place, before booking they tell one price but at checkout time they charged extra money.

Manager behaviour is very bad , They dont know how to make Gst bill , Room experience also very bad.
