Both the stay and food was good. But was expensive or i would say it was not value for money.
Food is delicious and the prices are moderate. The quantity of food is enough. Overall it's a good place to eat in New Tehri. Service is also fast and the behaviour of staff is very cooperative. We ordered egg curry, kashmiri Dum aloo and Dal makhani. All tastes good except dal makhani.

Number one restaurant of Tehri garhwal, very peaceful and beautiful location ,you enjoy from here full view of tehri lake and Dobrachanti Bridge,food is very tasty, nice service, good qwaliti in low prices, most important thing is soft, lovely, sweet, and careful nature of owners Mr Vijay Tiwari an his father. I went to this restuarant with my family and extended family to celebrate my Son's mundan party. I was so shocked to see the strictness they follow with their closing times. I have been to many local, eminent and 5 star restaurants but never experienced such strictness with customers. The owner was standing on our head and asking us to finish our meals as they wanted to close their restaurant at 10 30pm sharp. My father didnt have his meal as the owner was standing right beside and watching all of us with angry red eyes to finish before 10 30. Additionally, the owner charged us for 10 mins extra we took to finish our meals. So, this restaurant charges you if you didnt finish your meal by 10 30 pm. Overall, to run a business one must respect his customers. Stop looting innocent people of New Tehri. If someone doesn't speak, it doesnt mean you ll take advantage of it. Pathetic Service. Would recommend people to visit other restaurants atleast they have owners who dont stand on your head and watch you.

If you are in New Tehri looking for a place to eat, this is one for you. We book a table for 6 people the food was good, Service is slow but the atmosphere is good. Im a local from uttrakhand so for me the wating for foos even we book 1 hour earlier was not a good experience. And i have seen multiple times if you dine in your food will be late if you take away it will be faster. Im sure the owner is trying his best. Overall experience is very good.
