Currently renovating the top floor and will be so for the next couple of months. So watch out !! Was a regular guest at this property. Visiting Shirdi from 9th October to 11th October i.e 2 nights, but had to cut short the stay because of the renovation work right on the floor above me. I rode on my Motorcycle from Hyderabad starting at 5 AM and reaching by 3:30 PM, when I checked in the renovation work was ongoing and was told it will be completed by 6 PM and I had to remind them at 8 PM on the noise. The noise was too loud and unbearable. They finally shut it off at 8 PM. By morning between 7-8 AM they started all over again. I woke up early ar 2:40 AM for Aarti and had very leas sleep from previous day travel... The noise during the day intensified, with noise from multiple equipments. The management had no answer when I confronted them of intimating us about ongoing renovation when guests were booking their stay.. there was no response apart from 'We understand' and they proposed a one day refund for the inconvenience. Well, the refund will not give me the sleep I need. Hotel Management cannot have both provide the promised guest experience while you are renovating your property. I checked out without asking for refund since it was paid through Yatra. Checked into MariGold Regency right opposite to Jivanta. Realized MariGold is far better and cheaper than Jivanta. Here is what i got at MariGold Regency Bigger Room Brighter room Two Chairs and a Table - Jivanta didn't have a Chair Does have a US Plug Points, Jivanta has Indian style Plug holes. So get a converter if you have US appliances In room snacks for purchase - Jivanta didn't have any Bathroom Toiletries on request mentioned in the bathroom- Jivanta didn't have that Fragnant bathroom - Had to ask Jivanta to spray some fragnance Wider wall cabinet enough to stuff 4 suitcases Most importantly , very calm and cool unlike Jivanta Cost - Rs221 per night and Rs3K odd at Jivanta... don't understand why By the looks of it Jivanta is into renovation and might continue for 1-2 months, since the whole floor has been locked out.

A very good hotel situated nearby to shrdi Sai Baba temple around 300 meters approximately. They provide multiple choices of rooms preference starting from 2500 per night with and without breakfast spacious and clean rooms. They also provide foldable bed with good cusioned bed as extra bed with nominal charges

Rooms are just ok, need renovation. Staff was very polite and helpful, restaurant GRAIN ANAAJ is very good - food is delicious. Service at restaurant is also very good. Breakfast they provide is good.

The rooms are pretty average compare to the tariff I have paid. I didn't find the bed sheets and towels clean. Bathroom was big turn off, no partion between the bath area and toilet hence the floor remains wet all the time. If you're accompanying your kids just be careful. The big plus about this hotel was the staff was super friendly..

The location was great. Walkable distance to the Sai Baba temple gate. It has a very good vegetarian restaurant in the hotel. The food was delicious we ate twice during our stay there. The room was clean but had a bad toilet smell. If I switch off the fan it was unbearable. I had booked 3 rooms I faced this issue in 1 of the rooms. The great vegetarian food options. We booked a standard room and an executive room. I would rate Jivanta Shirdi somewhere between 3.75 stars - 4 stars. Pros: - Food in the restaurant is delicious. - Executive room is clean and spacious. - Staff is helpful with instructions, recommendations and administrative works. - Room service is relatively quick. Especially Tea was delicious and quantity was adequate. Cons: - Standard room is clean. The bed sheets are not clean and dirty. - Shower area is shabby - Room is very small. - Air conditioning is just ok. It looks like ancient system and not modern. There was too much difference in the maintenance of Executive room and Standard room. I would go again, but I will book only Executive room.
