One of the Best spa aesthetics is a good and amazing ambience. Therapists here are professionals and well experienced they make sure to cover all pain points. You won't realize how the time runs away. You would want to extend the time so I recommend at least a 90 minute session and body wraps. Their steam room and sauna is above average. Above all it's well maintained and hygienic.

The first time I went to Jiva Spa way back in Dec'22 I had a great experience. However, the recent visit was unpleasant. I had taken a 300 min Soundarya package. The masseuse Kavita provided service as if she was doing me a favour. Adding on to it was carelessness exhibited by the masseuse where a cleaner stood peeping inside when the door was being opened and closed. Total breach of privacy. There was lack of understanding amongst the masseuse and her immediate boss of what had transpired. Then comes the shower, which was in the worst condition. Adding to this is the process of washing the utensils through the massage by the masseuse, leaving one with a terrible mood almost when one wants to sink in to a relaxing zone mentally..Long story short, I choose this place to feel secured and get an impeccable service. However, I don't recommend this place - Jiva Whitefield to anyone anymore. There are better places one can choose. I have given enough feedback to the authorities there, hoping that this does not repeat again.

I recently had a disappointing experience at a jiva spa where the bathroom amenities were broken. It started off well with a relaxing massage, but when I went to use the restroom afterward, I was met with broken faucets and a malfunctioning toilet. The lack of basic amenities like running water made the experience uncomfortable and unsanitary. It's essential for spas to maintain their facilities properly, and this experience left me with a negative impression overall.

Worst spa ever. I booked a massage for 60 min. But the massage ended in just 50 min. After the massage a steam bath was not given ( That's ok. Because I'm not sure whether it's included in my massage or not. So I'm absolutely okay with it). Then i went to shower. I didn't know how to operate. So I asked the masseur how to operate it. He showed me. I told him I need hot water. He said it will come and left. Then i went into the shower. But there wasn't hot water coming. I waited so long. I was literally shivering. Then i called him. He wasn't there. I came out and called. But he wasn't there at all. I screamed loudly. Luckily I had my mobile. And called reception and asked to connect with the spa. Then he came and changed the pressure. Then i got the hot water. This is my first massage and worst massage. I'll never ever try.

Truly great experience at Jiva Spa Had a deep tissue massage which helped me relieve all stress and soreness from entire body Nitin was phenomenal with his hospitality and attention to my requested treatment. Highly recommend this to all specially check out their couples session for quality time with your loved one. Steam bath is also highly recommended!

Excellent hotel with conference rooms high tea snack buffet. Rooms awesome and main location near itpl gate entrance. Due to metro work no parking and congestion road. Good hotel for leisure ...

Spa is about experience since there is nothing tangible. While massage was fine, everything else was just poor service. First there was no hot water for shower after massage in room. They asked me to go tocommon area for bath, there alsono hot water. After maint came, horwater came and all this while i kept waiting after massage in robe. Then after hot water came, that bath area has no body shop.i had to call them using Loud voice to get soap. Taj- you need o focus on overall customer experience. Defn not worth the price tag

It was very pleasant experience....Mr Nithin at reception was very polite and convincing,Therapist miss Anantha was very excellent and to mention mr Ravi house keeping was also very good....Like to visit again....It's a highly recommend professional SPA
