Namaste ! I went to Jiva clinic along with my father at mall road and encountered horrific attitude of both doctor and clinic attendant. He was so angry and bursted at my father for asking simple question on our appointment and when we politely asked him what happened and why he was so angry then he again shouted at us and threatened us with consequences while Doctor was smiling at the distance seeing the situation. We immediately left citing what he said was completely acceptable. Even when we were leaving he was following us then we had to reach local people for help. Somehow we came back safely. I rarely give 1 star review even service is not good. But this fellow gentleman crossed all limits of my tolerance because he misbehaved and disrespected my father who is senior citizen. It's better you stay from this fraud , disrespectful gentleman.
These people are selling powders in the name of Ayurvedic medicines, they mash the pills, so you don't understand which medicines you are taking and sell them to you with their own labels with inflated and higher price. Total fraud, don't waste your money, instead go to Patanjali which is cheaper, and they provide labelled medicines. Also, their behavior is very bad, they ignore your questions. The attendant attitude is pathetic. He literally shouts at the people if someone asks any questions related to appointment or doctor availability and he will stare at you like you have done something wrong to him or said any bad words. never go this clinic guys, total fraud and pathetic behavior of attendant.
Jiva Mall road Kanpur doesn't even deserve 1 star. Worst customer experience provided by jiva ayurveda, insensitive towards patience travelling from fair distance, creating mental trauma and hurting patience during virechan panchakaram process by therapist. Even the staffs and attendant misbehave with patients instead of listening to their complaints. The attendant sandeep is very rude. He is very arrogant and talks in high pitch tone. Don't get fooled with the name of Jiva Ayurveda. They sell fake medicines at very high price and do not give any results. I went to doctor and told him that medicines are not working, he replied i am a doctor not a God.
Regrettably, the Ayurvedic clinic's staff displayed a dismissive attitude, undermining the trust one expects in a healthcare setting. A more respectful and attentive approach is essential to foster a positive relationship between patients and the clinic.

Total fraud, the main managing person and also the staff need to change their behaviour and learn how to talk with the patients.
Total fraud... They just sells powder to make money.. Do not respond to any phone calls once they sell you their medicine.
