Very bad experience. Not satisfied at all with this brand name. Giving same food three times in 6 day journey. They said 2 journey in jaipur and provide only one. They told to gave sightseeing by them and on spot they said that you have to do by own expense. Tour manager not listening to passenger request. At least according to rate you take from passenger, you should give all facilities you supposed to give.
Very very worst experience i have ever faced in my life. The management is so worst that it risks the life of a customer. The customer is unsafe in their management. I personally experience the risks of my life. I suggest others to avoid JIRAWALA TRAVELS for any kind of tour.

Nice arrangements for Simla,Manali..12 days tour,in 2015. But manager did not informed about fraud people in kullu rafting,kufri (horse riding),and traveling in local vehicle in Simla.because of manager we paid more money in Simla, kullu and horse riding. Otherwise management and food is good.
I went to mahabaleshewar n goa with Jirawala. And I came to conclusion that never take Jirawala. My 2 star are for hotels, else the management of tour, bus and timing was awful, they think that only customer should understand even if it's mistake of Jirawala. Because of the bus we reached late at every place we missed lonavala because of the bus problem. we travelled for almost 25 hours in bus and on road instead of 12 hour journey. Funnier part was when we complaint to head office they replied that lonavala was a day for relaxation so according to them they want us to relax in average condition 2*2 non ac bus. And on arguing with the Surat branch office, they stood aside saying that we can't do anything as decision is made by head office and the final conclusion is that even if they claim best service, customer is the person who suffers even after paying. I suggest you to opt for better option then Jirawala.
