Jodhpur-Amritsar-srinagar-katra-Bikaner tour (12 days) 14.11.2023 to 26.11.2023 The tour experience was not as expected. (my first experience with Jirawala Tourism) Tour Manager was not having any time management. Everywhere we reached late by 2-3 hrs (Katra at 2AM, Bikaner at 12PM, Vadodara at 3AM) Most of the places we reached late. Food was cooked in the same oil for 10 days . Srinagar- Hotel-Sobo International - Quality of Hotel was not good. Hot water for bathing was issue. Dinner has to be skipped on 22.11.2023 as we were out of schedule. At Srinagar, if we had negotiated we could have had the Shikara Ride at Cheaper rates. Un-scheduled stoppage was done enroute to Pahalgam and we could spend only 3-4 hrs in Pahalgarm thus missing some points Jirawala Tours should introspect and take care of the services offered. Only Silver lining was Good Driving by Bus Driver.

Nice tour program. I go simla manali Dalhousie 12 Day tour on 4/5/23. Overall my experience.... Hotels.... 8/10 Tour Manager... 7 out of 10 Driver sakilbhai and somabhai 10/10 Food/ cook /maharaj....5/10 because his first time cooking in our tour. Need Some improvement. I say to owner some care about it. because jirawala is brand name. Overall it's good experience... 8/10

One of the worst service from jirawala tours and travels. i have never such behaviour from concern person. no responses from jirawala. I request other friends not to go any vacation trip from jirawala tours and travels

Had travelled in this travels for haridwar mathura tour for 8 days for 10th November 2023- 17th November 2023 I would like to share that it was the worst managed tour we had ever had 1. The bus was suppose to depart on 10th around 11 am, everyone had arrived by 10:45 still the bus departed at 12:45pm , almost 2 hours delayed. Then it almost 8 hours to cross Ahemdabad and pick other travellers because the driver forgot the route to their office, hence reached Jaipur around 10am next morning where we were supposed to reach early morning 2. Next day the manager didn't give any time to get ready and come for breakfast and said come as you get ready and then also we came as soon as possible , yet breakfast was already done , nothing was left and the manager shouted on us that we were late hence breakfast is done , ideally he had not given any time or schedule, and he made us change our room twice, the manager's attitude was not appropriate, he spoiled our entire festival. 3. The room allocation and management was also not up to the mark. It was already known to your management how many people are staying in one room still the rooms were not allocated properly. People with 3 people were assigned 2 peoples room and later when asked a change he made us change the room causing delays. Also We were 3 adults with senior citizens , yet were given a room on 3rd floor and then when we shifted the entire luggage by ourselves then were asked to shift to 2nd floor . This happened 2-3 times even after complaining still no change , in fact he almost shouted saying we should co-operate. 4. It was stated in your rules that we would be given 1 bottle per seat per day which we didn't get. Manager used to keep a box of bottles at lunch time and asked us to take ourselves.who took how many bottles no one knew. And when we didn't get bottles and we asked he was like someone must have taken , we can't help . It will be like this management only. You must adjust. Not at all a proper attitude to talk to people. 5. The bus was very slow and took too much time to travel from one place to another,also due to lack of planning hence we could see absolutely nothing in Jaipur . Everytime the manager said we will inform you the schedule but no schedule was provided any day on where we are going , how we are going. Everyday it was a new surprise for everyone. 6. Many places were missed due to lack of planning and mismanagement of time . Many places could not be visited which would have been possible if proper planning was done.Whenever we asked anything the manager said it is his first tour , he doesn't know anything, you manage yourself. He never accompanied any of the sites 7. Food was not properly arranged any day . Everyday we used to stand in the queue for lunch and everytime after half the queue took food , things used to get finish (chass, papad and fryums,roti ,puri etc). It took too much time to refill and at times didn't even refill and then it was shown as if we are late for lunch . 8. Site seeing for vrindavan and puskar was not mentioned as self expenditure but we were asked to go on ourselves mentioning bus will not go there as roads are small. If that was the case it should have been mentioned beforehand.(The bus size would be known before the start of trip only) 9. It was mentioned in the trip details that we will be provided a night stay in pushkar but the bus which started at 8:30am on day one from haridwar reached pushkar 4am next day which resulted in an entire night journey causing 2 continuous night journey. ( if this was mentioned beforehand , we would have rethought on the travel). We had travelled through jiravala due to people's review of the excellent planning and management which unfortunately we couldn't see in the entire tour. If you wish to travel peacefully would not recommend you this travels ever.

Very bad service.. We went to rajsthan 10/11/23 to 17/11/23. Bt it's very very bad experience. Time management was very poor. Food and other facilities very very bad.

Very lethargic person paresh bhai in last 3 days I continuously asking for package for group but he always given new excuse for not sharing price... He is actually damage images of your firm..... if u don't want to share package than no worries to me many competitors are in market.... One person is destroying the image.

Jiruwala's give awesome and trustable service. It is best tourism in vadodara. They handle all the stuff and make easier our journey All guys who doing job in jirawala are awesome, polite and calm You trust them!
