Poor service. They don't keep anything in the room. Soap, towel..
If you go and ask the person at the reception, he behaves as if he is giving things for free. He also telling that we ll have to manage with one towel for four members as they are in laundry.
Some things are manageable but the way they treat after charging 1500 to 2000 per room is not at all acceptable.
I advice to search hotels with good rooms managed by decent people.
Very bad and ugly hotel we have ever stayed at.Beddings were so dirty & there was no hot water.
Everything in the hotel needs to be changed instead of improvement.
So pathetic experience but suprisingly the reviews are decent.
I request the owner of the hotel to take immediate action for survival.

A very nice hotel to stay nearby Cochi Airport. Hotel staffs are very professional, helpful and friendly. They are trying their best to give comfortable stay at their hotel. The rooms are clean and budget friendly also. I have a pleasant stay at the hotel.
