JIP Diabetic Multi-speciality Hospital - Hospital in Chennai - Chengalpattu, India

Please don't come here for emergency services as you won't be getting the basic care which one should get in emergency situation. I visited during the peak covid (omicron) time and still half of the staff including receptionist were not wearing masks. Just visit the hospital and look around, you will find untidy, unhygienic surroundings, scattered items all over here and there. Please check the attached pics for reference. They charge premium for everything but the service is not up to the mark. I admitted my friend in casuality after an accident and waited for more than 10 mins for a nurse to come n give first aid. Neither nurse nor the lady doctor who took care were able to understand or speak English!!!

Dr. Neo was respectful, very kind, and approachable. He and Dr. ARK diagnosed my father's gall bladder stones on time and executed treatment well. While the doctors and nursing QA were good, hospital infrastructure needs significant improvement to suit certain standards. The rooms and bathrooms are not up to the mark and hygiene seems a little compromised. Also, they should have tie up with at-least some insurance providers to facilitate cashless treatment.

Dr.Neo combines expertise and a willingness to listen and discuss. He is also arrange an excellent surgeon. Also, the staff is very friendly and professional. I've never had to wait more than a few minutes when I arrive on time for hospital. Thanks for everyone and support

We have consulted Dr.Neo for diabetes, he was very good Dr, able to control my sugar well in one week, I was pregnant beside having sugar, he guided well during our pregnancy. For pregnancy I have consulted Dr . Prasanna, she is exceptionally talented Dr. We have few complications during our pregnancy she handled it very well. Even the senior nurses are very well talented. Only junior nurses need to be some more training. Jip Hospital I would recommend for my friends and relatives. Very good Hospital overall with moderate charges

I'm blessed with girl baby via C-section delivery in JIP group of hospitals in Pallavararam. First of all we would like to thank from bottom of my heart to DR. PRASANNA MS, (OG) mam and her team. she is very professional, optimistic, highly skilled,she explained things in detailed manner , she is very humble polite understanding clearing all doubts with smiling face I would like to thank DR.VEENA mam ( sonologist ) as well She is very sweet, friendly, calm and explains all the information in detail. Thanks to Kalpana Sister Whatever ur concerns or queries or help, she is always there. All the nursing staffs are highly skilled and always available 24/7. They helped me and the baby for everything at anytime.They are very sweet, takes of our baby like their own child. Be it 9 am in the morning or midnight, their attitude remains same. They all are very sweet and never gets irritated towards the patient. Thanks to Dr. Jeevitha mam as well She took our calls in a single ring on anyday. It shows his availability. Special thanks to housekeeping staff, They helped me in various aspects during difficult period. Receptionists are always welcoming and explains everything in detail. Thank you to the whole JIP team for this beautiful memory. Your team work is amazing. Wish you all the best!! keep up the same work

Excellent work and support provided during my pregnancy journey. Very friendly staff and healthy environment. I will definitely refer to my friends. I had PCOS and Dr.Prasanna has helped me out to recover from PCOS and I conceived naturally. Also had normal delivery. Thanks to Dr.Prasanna. Also thanks to all the Nurse team .
