Most of the shops aren't occupied, lots of spitting marks on stairs, employees of the shops are openly smoking on stairs,no cleanliness on washroom also

Excellent design and visibility of shops. Ample parking for the visitors as well shop owners of the building. Well situated two lifts. Good stores and office of Jio and Shri ram and Bajaj finance as well Indus Ind bank

Neat and clean. Good parking space. 2 working elevators are sufficient to serve barement to 3rd floor.
