Staff is so irresponsible. My mother visited this branch for minor issue with her phone which was working properly. They have replaced mobile battery while returning a phone to her and told her to recharge phone after going home. When phone was kept for recharge, it didn't not work. They had replaced working battery with dead battery. When she went back and asked, they behaved like irresponsible. The staff does this with elders. Some strict action is required.
