Jio service centre pathetic service, arrogant staff member, no value for time. "I can say that's not a service center that's frustration center" they will not provide you a service they be there for frustrat you. I visit this place around 12:40 pm for just change my router device battery, I clearly mention them I need new battery as it's not available in market. The staff member quickly revert me with saying that 560rs with no warranty no garranty I got shock its branded battery?? It's fine no issue I asked it's ok plz give me am fine with your policy no warranty no garranty. They ask me to fill the form with all my details which I done @ 12:55 PM. I was waiting for my new battery for such a long time was not getting any revert then finally at 2:10 PM I raised my voice and asked about status. One gentleman came and told me that we don't have battery now plz be visit after 3 days. OMG i thought they all were kidding with me or wt?? Am sorry I blasted over there then finally again one person came and asked me what happen ..again I told him all story then he took me in his office and told me to come after 30mins and he provide me a new battery.. *I really want to know that how they manage battery on same date and same time?? *If it was available then why the another staff was denied to me?? *Why they were waited me for 2 hrs for brand new battery?? *If the battery was branded and only sold by Jio customer care then why no warranty? I don't have any idea about same neither I got answers from any where so finally I decided to get " IDEA".

Well the office maintenance wa good however the internal process deal with customers queries can be quicker than it is for now. Bit of inconvenience to go there twice to get a small issue of dongle not recieving network fixed
