Worst services from staff. Person named Himanshu Thakkar seems to deliver blank card to my office but it's been a week since I'm following up on daily basis but still didn't receive cards from him. And now he is telling me that to visit Jio Office located at C.G.Road. I had visited their office about a week ago and they told me that the person (Himanshu) will deliver cards to my office. If you are not able to deliver things on time than don't make promises.
Saw a beautiful girl in store. She was soo beautiful that I forgot my grocery list.

One of the worst jio service centers in Ahmedabad. I visited 2 times here. The map shows the center close at 8.00 pm. The first time I arrived after 7.00 pm only one or two employees were there. The staff just listens to me. I feel good about that employee. Next time I visited after 5 pm that time they told us they stopped at 5 . The person is very rude to customers. The person does not look at my gadget problem. Very bad behavior. They are not working properly. They did not treat customers well. Please do not go to this service center instead go to iscon jio main office
No sign board indicating the location of office. They simply assume they will be found magically. Jio has a very distinct policy on who is treated as a corporate customer. Satisfied with employee response. Unsatisfied with company policy.
It's been 12 days of no network and tv and their team hasn't resolved the problem yet after complaining so many times and they asking us to solve their problem rather then them solving and when you call the manager he says talk to engineer and when you call engineer he says talk to manager who are we to talk to I have no idea horrible service

It's a very very big store. There are a lot of household equipment like TV, refrigerator, AC, laptops, mobile washing machines, home theatre, sound bar etc. Staff was also helpful but if you go on Saturday or Sunday then there is a very very rush.
