I am outside the outlet waiting and its 11.35 am and closed. On the website it says open. Please put the correct timing online and not misguide the public.
One of the worst services. I reached there multiple times, and most of the time it was closed. Other times when I found it open, they told me directly that they cannot help now, and that I'll have to come again later. Now this has happened over 5 times. Worst worst worst. Nor do they receive our phone calls.
Untrustworthy. Staff don't seem to be professional. Often times shop found closed. Timings and contact details not posted outside shop. Unprofessional service this.

If you order online for a SIM it's free. If you go to this store and buy it's Rs.99/- plus your initial recharge amount. I ordered online, but the Jio staff called me and said that I have to go to the store and get.
