My network issue resolved.but customer service , and treatment to be improved

Today I had a call from jio customer care from gobichettipalayam, A women employee was in call..... I asked her few questions she answered with inappropriate answers with some lie... Jio customer care employees don't know how to handle the customer by professionally and they are with silly behaviour at last finally she cuts my call without answering my questions.. Need to improve so many things

Worst service center. I don't know who is staff and security. I went to jio office to buy new battery for jiofi m2 device. Security stopped me in the front gate itself and asking me what the reason to visit this office and asking to get dongle. I told I need battery for jiofi m2 dongle and I gave details of my jiofi imei number and battery details also. He keep on asking me to bring the device. I don't know why he is asking all these details and not even allow me to check jio office staff's. Worst experience at Reliace(service center) jio office karattur in gobichettipalayam.

Poor service, when I visited for sim change security not allow me to enter office , he routed to jio store located anbu bhavan signal. I was visited that store 9.45, he treated me as a slave , he asked me to come after1 hour, and i was visited that store after 1 hour he looking me in disgusting way. Really i never felt this kind of attitude any more.

Really disappointed. I went to purchase jiophone, they have asked to buy extra one thing like mobile stand, pendrive compulsory.. forceful sales. Staffs performance with customer also not satisfactory
