Look at people/employees aspect.. Not from brand. They have tremendous burden on their shoulders due to less quality products. However I liked their response and suggestions. You may differ from my view however that's what I thought. I went for a big issue and the reception was good and I appreciate their guidance.
I have a Bad experience at jio store in VIDYA NAGAR GUNTUR. Employee Name - VENKAT Employee ID- 5501613.He is very Bad and Worst behaviour and using some bad words to the customers and not recommended.
I had a terrible experience at the Jio store in Vidya Nagar, Guntur. The employee named Venkat, with Employee ID 55016139, was extremely unhelpful and disrespectful. I have been a Jio customer for the past 5 years, and after moving to America a year ago, I lost my SIM card Today and I approached Venkat Through Mobile for a replacement, offering to provide my passport and visa copy for verification. However, he declined my request and refused to issue the necessary NOC. His attitude was completely unacceptable. I strongly advise against visiting this store; their customer service is appalling. Got the broadband connection 2months back.... so far the net speed is accurate to the plan i paid... the service and man power is excellent .A service provider arrived immediately after i call and connected the next day... there was no delay and had no problem as of now Customer support is excellent...... good way pf speaking amd explaining all the doubts......with patience.... Best so far......i have tried 3 more net services so far..like slj,vainavi... best fiber net so far Have only one suggestion there are plans with 30 mbps amd 100 mbps only .. kindly make an effort to adjust the plan in-between the teo 60 or 70 mbps....
