Very good hospital in this location. Doctors are good and avoid unnecessary medications,the front desk crowd is higher that needs to be managed. The behaviour of lower group staffs are not good they need to take care of it as it affects the hospitals image.

Some of the staffs especially in lab test sample kit provider Male Staff is so shameless totally wrong behaviour with the patient's. He showing his rudley attitude. I think hospital management should be taking the action against him. Because hospital reputation going low deu to these shameless staff. Keep complaint box in Main building for people complaint against wrong behaviour staff.

Only maintain hygiene.Look for the glossy above, not within.... Aggressive talking, behave rudely with patients sanjeevani OBG staff.aswellas billing staff. Taking a bow from the ESI side, they are looking beyond the Gourmet Hospital

I was here to check FBS qnd PBBS.. Reception person was so friendly and guiding calmly... Morning fbs taken by some good lab technician... When for pbbs there was a technician who was very rude with all patients... All patients are having any some illness thats why they are checking... If someone coming slowly when he called, he was scolding like school teacher... All are paid for test... Its not free blood test... Tell him to give respect to patients...why he so aggressive and arrogant... Apart from him i felt good hospital.. Please send sms link of blood test... Its very difficult to collect from reception..

Date: 26.01.2023 I had a knee injury during one of JSW's basketball tournament and I was taken immediately to Jindal Sanjeevani Hospital to meet with the Orthopaedic doctor. He suggested that I take a MRI and after taking the MRI the doctor diagnosed me with grade 1 muscle injury which is not serious at all. Couple of rehab exercises and I will alright. Date: 20.06.2023 However, the pain lingered for 5 months and after I left my job in JSW Steel, I decided to take another doctor's opinion here in Bangalore. The doctor saw the MRI scan that was taken 5 months back and told me that I have torn my ACL and I need an ACL Reconstruction surgery which would cost around 1.6 lakhs. The doctor in Sanjeevani did not just give a wrong diagnosis but he had robbed me of free treatment in JSW, and since I left the company my health insurance has been lapsed as well. Bottom-line: if you want incorrect diagnosis from inexperienced doctors, poor service, pay hefty money and suffer in the future then Jindal Sanjeevani is the right place for you.
