Hospital run by Jindal family opd charges are minimal just like any government civil hospital but there building and infrastructure are like luxury private hospitals. Doctor's are qualified neat and clean surroundings with a lot greenery

Most of the doctors here are honest, qualified, and highly experienced. It is one of the reliable hospitals in this area in terms of the cost of treatment and many other factors.
Staff here is good overall, Doctors are sincere and experienced. But Dr Vijay Jaiswal is extremely rude. We went for the burn treatment of kid and the burns were average. They admitted the kid for 2 days and as it was not so severe but they still gave room in ICU , might be to provide air conditioning. Everything was going good but suddenly Dr Vijay Jaiswal came inside and started talking extremely rude because of having the kid accompanied by 2 people. His behaviour was extremely bad and insulting , without talking anything in normal voice right from the first time. According to some reviews he is a nice neuro surgeon but there is nothing like neuro surgery and good behaviour can't come together in same person. Management needs to teach him something about customer dealing, otherwise he can make experience of multiple patients worse at Jindal hospital, might not be neuro surgery patients but other patients who gets treatment under not so expert doctor. I hope management do read the reviews and tries to improve customer experience, otherwise there are other competitive hospitals ready to acquire your patients.
The hospital is very good especially the staff here is very well trained 2nd The environment here is very good 3rd There are many facilities here, everything is nearby, laboratory, blood bank etc.
Worst hospital ever.. they are careless extreme careless actually . They only care about their money nd charging much more money on even normal test.. DR hardly get time to visit even fr every visit they are charging money of Rs 500 approximately fr just one min to show the patient their face only .. nd if u want to ask about ICU patients there wordings are ki phone par baat ho gya h Dr se .. nd when we ask staff they they said ki ye toh DR ka patient vo hi bta paayege Nd DR paise kamane mai busy hai toh he doesn't have time to visit Even the information about patients of ICU they dnt have any progress report they are taking test but no updates .. When asked medical practitioner about the update who are taking care they said they dnt know any thing only Dr have all the information but where Dr hasn't hv time to visit the dr because he is busy in OPD They are just looting the money from innocent people and nothing else Even Dr doesn't tell what is the progress Being here fr 3 days but they dnt hv know about their patient in ICU... When i asked the dr about progress of my mother nd complaint him ki she i s having same issue from past three days nd getting worse his wording was ki inhone mjhe btaya nahi even though khud bataya tha then he shouted mai jooth bol ra hu kya nd then i give him proof he was like aap le jao inhe khi or when he was not able to answer anything They are charging fr their 5 star hotel service
It is best hospital that it has different wards for treating the different kind of diseased people like it has OP Jindal Institute of Cancer and research. Well maintained cleanliness, follows COVID 19 protocols.
Dr Madhuri Mehta is very renowned experience and skill doctor.her procedural skill, towards patient is exceptionally well.she is better both professionally n behaviourally. I stretched Madhuri maam attention for ward management particularly discharge procedure.she took ,usual to less time for patient OT (with accuracy)but in contrary their staff taken very long time more than three hour for all paper work that include only medicine n billing . My humble request to management kindly intervene ,ensure them time is precious(priceless) They provide feedback form around 10:00 am with false promising that discharge procedure will complete within 30 minutes after maam ward round but as I already mention they took more than 3 hours but still nothing seem promising.I suggest quality management please step forward n ensure all.
