Sleazy place! Probably caters to a certain kind of clientele. Kolkata and the posh neighborhood of Alipore has plenty supply of such people. The masseuse said that she was Thai, which I didn't care for. I just wanted a good deep tissue therapist. She walked on my spine and that gave some relief. After that she did not work much hard. In my 20 years of experience in going to spas, this is the first time someone asked if I wanted "only massage" or "something extra". Looks like I have been going to the wrong kind of spas all the while. :-D When I told her that I wanted only massage, she asked me if I will tip her well (presumably for the loss of "extra" earning). After the massage she requested for tips again. This was also a first time for me!! Pretty sad situation!
They are cheats! Charging 6000 for a 90 minute Swedish massage. Never paid more than 4000 in any other Spa in Kolkata. Tried to explain while making payment but the guy was not willing to listen.
Jinan spa is worst spa centre. They just make fool out of people. They will charge in for 60 mins and will do spa only for 35 mins. Don't ever try massage at jinan. Owner is unethical and cheats people.
