Jhumka tiraha Bareilly is not a tourist place but only situated on bypass, so I recommended if you're on Bareilly bypass you will see it. Don't go specially see it. Nothing is special.
Its kind of little park. This is quite a lonely place here you can find some shops and . This is really huge jhumka which was lost in 1990-80 (just kidding) Petrol pump is also there. food as well and buses for Moradabad Rampur Delhi

Jhumka point of Bareilly city is situated in outskirt of city. Jhumka is made of metal but not so visible from far. It's small single jhumka. In the era of big statue and structure, this small jhumka doesn't amuse you. Bareilly corporation or Uttar Pradesh government must have built a avarage size jhumka. It should be built inside the park or such a place where people could go and click some pics with it. But this is built on road crossing. This place is not that maintained. Below avarage place. I will say "Naam bade darshan chote".
