Jhumka Dam Picnic Spot - Park in Cher - Korea, India

Not so far from city.. Road is good to reach here.. They will charge 20 rs for parking till closing time.. well i dont know if they have closing time.. and it doesn't matter how many times you come and go.. ticket will be eligible for that day.. Park:- is located in very good place. But still in development.. place needs more greenery, without greenery it feels more like a beach. Place would be better if they've many food option here. Aquarium:- Charges 20rs per person. If you're with children then only it's worth otherwise not that good aquarium house, they don't have many fishes there. Lake:- I will suggest you to visit here in evening. Sunset makes this place way more beautiful. You'll find it peacefull, refreshing and soothing. One can have good photographs here. Boating:- I don't know man i find it costly(100 rs per person) and it was so so. I hope you find my review helpful. Keep exploring the world Peace out

First of all it's not a Dam rather it is a big water reservoir.Yeah It would be a great picnic spot with breezing winds and wide view.All of the sides are bricked with stones making it a downslope where one can entice and make themselves caressed with wavy waters touching the shore. Don't expect much of the site surrounded with beautiful flowers.It looks green with wild sort of vegetation.Thank You.Happy Visit..!!!

Nice and calm place to get rid of all of your tension and to feel relax. Approach road is also in good condition. Both 2 wheeler and 4 wheeler can reach here. A small restaurant is also there for snacks and fast food. Time 11 am to 8 pm.

This place is best for Hangout, jogging,for celebrating of special occasions, best for pre wedding photoshoot, yoga morning walk for fun, light snacks are aviable there, one of the biggest fish shaped aquarium also. Play points for kids. Specially sunset time was superb.

One of the most beautiful picnic spot of Korea dist is Jhumka Dam - picnic spot . One can spend hours by availing boat facility and others facilitiess. Shop is also there for refreshment. Garden is also developed here for little kids to enjoy jhulas and other facilities.You will find fishes in the "Fish aquarium" which is beutifully made structure of Fish. It is first of its kind in India. Fishes are cultured in varius cages in the middle of the big dam utilising modern technologies.Now, it's production is more than sufficient for Korea dist .one can find Fresh Fishes at any quantity and at a cheaper rate . It is almost 5 KM from main city of Baikunthpur.you can go there by your own vehicle or hired vehicle. Overall , it is excellent spot to enjoy your day.

Good place for boating experience, family outing, and for couples.

Although it is good park kind of place..,but i don't found it as picnic spot..u can enjoy boating,nd beautiful watery scene over there...
