Excellent park. Open area and much greenery. A good variety of plants. It is much different than those colony parks. And if the weather is good, wind is full of energy, then it becomes a heaven.
Park is not maintained
This Park is very good for boys we can go here early in the morning at 6 for 5 o'clock and in the evening around 9 o'clock it close but we can enjoy at evening time and morning time also and this is not for girls because this Park is not safe and don't bring your mobile phone here.
Yes there used to be water in the lake some 20 years back ... But now there is no water no lake(jheel) but still it is called jhil wala park. It is good park because of its greenery and there is no other such big park in the surrounding area. Many beautyfull childhood memories attached...
Maintenance is not good too much things dirty road are not plain
awasome place for. morning walk.. cover big area. with. lots of different flower and plants. there is a small jhill in middle of park. infrastructures is too old. need to reconstruct.. in southwest corner there is fawara which is closed from long time. there is. no. cleaning system. whole park. is darty and people dont care about it. there is also small ground without grass peopel generaly use them for playing cricket. or organize private merrage function. in south east corner MCD building is situated.. and metro station is about 100m distance from there.
Jil wala park is located at seelampur, delhi. This is basically muslim dominant area. Park is at infront of R D public school. Little bit crowdy area.
