We had a good stay. Food 8s good too. Rooms are spacious. It's definitely better than lemon tree at jhansi. Breakfast included as Part of package was not served as buffet since limited folks opts for breakfast, they didn't wanna waste food with buffet. Which is a valid reason also. They took order on request and served us everything that we could have opted in buffet. No extra charges taken for this. Only flip side is less car parking space inside.

Staff is helpful and polite. Rooms are neat & clean. Food is good. Earlier I stayed at lemon tree jhansi and I felt Jhansi Hotel is far better than lemon tree. Only problem is limited parking inside hotel.
Absolutely not up to the standard of a 4 star hotel. In any case, these are not my standards. The rooms are basic and of poor quality. The staff is not friendly and being a woman, I did not feel considered. The wifi connection is deplorable. The only positive point: breakfast.
First time I visited Jhansi. And Jhansi Hotel. This is renovated old property. This will complete 125th anniversary, in the year 2030.

one of the harrowing experiences in the recent past in my one of the most loved cities. Swiss cottage is a trap..so hot with poor AC .. toilet is too small to sit over..and whole set up is unbearable..worst part was staff which was so rude and non cooperative..even waited 15 minutes to get drinking water at reception despite several reminders.then shifted to another room with paying 1380 extra bucks but of no avail..same poor AC and we just escaped from the torment condition. and I promised to myself not visiting again this hotel.
Nice, safe, and family friendly place to stay. Cozy, neat, and clean rooms. Great food. And, they have parking space. Around 5-6 cars can be parked inside the property and there is enough parking space just outside the hotel which is being taken care of by the hotel security staff. The breakfast buffet was also very good.
Its better to choose some 4 or 5 star or lemon tree, sarovar portico or any other premium in this price when it comes to space amenities and ambience.

The hotel staff was very polite I checked in at 5 in the morning then too, got very fast service of check in. The staff amd manager was very helpful and we expect this kind of service everytime when we visit any hotel.

Warm, welcoming and hospitable. The staff at the hotel is well trained. The food taste is really good! Molecule, the roof top bar and eatery is a delight that is well managed by Avinashji and his team. A place for family and friends undoubtedly!!
Exotic vibes, amazing food, excellent services, rooms were clean and well organized, staff was well behaving, polite and we were getting late in the middle of the night and they were so supportive to quickly arrange a vehicle.
