Our stay at Jhalamand was amazing. Our stay felt authentic Rajasthani with amazing hospitality from all the staff. The royalty was also kind enough to invite us to a Polo match which we thoroughly enjoyed. Having an electric charging point at the hotel also says deserves a mention how the hotel is evolving with time and is concerned for the environment!

I visited in 2019 and in Dec they didn't have heaters in the room. The food is overly priced and the rooms are not that great. It was so cold that I had to move my family out to the Fern.

Jhalamand Garh hotel is Very aesthetically and tastefully decorated. beautiful atmosphere at the hotel and of course the look of the hotel makes you feel like you are in a palace. All facilities including meals, room service, house keeping, staff behaviour etc. was excellent. Location of hotel was good connected from Jodhpur Highway. Family enjoyed their stay.

Rooms are spacious but not clean. Bathroom accessories are cheap. No slippers. No AC. In 8deg temp they provided basic electric coil heater. Low class Locality. Food was disastrous.

it's was very nice experience. It felt very royal and hospitable. Rooms are very traditional. Breakfast is very good. It is very heritage property. bed, table, bathroom all are diferent from modern days, as it will take you deep to the old heritage envirnment. feels lovely

Jhalamund Ghar is an extremely old, decrepit hotel. It's bad enough the that the furnishings, decor is old (our kids called it 'the haunted haveli'). However, the biggest issue is that the electrical / plumbing infrastructure is from the 1950s. For example, we had only 2 minutes of hot water in the bathroom. There is only 1 working electrical outlet in each room, which as an issue for charging electrical devices and medical equipment (CPAP machine). No WiFi!!! The phone in the room had no dial tone to be able to call the staff and the mini fridge did not work. Additionally, very old style bathroom, uncomfortable hard beds, no heat, threadbare linens, no safety deposit box in room, etc. They had a dog on property which barked loudly all day and night... finally when I complained the next day, they moved him away - not sure why they allow such a loud creature on the property to begin with. The staff does try to do their best to please... unfortunately they obviously have no idea what it is like to stay in a hotel with modern amenities. Our travel agent pitched this as a 4 star property, which is a complete lie. Be aware that a number of the 4/5 star Google reviews are obviously fake.

It's a lovely place to stay. The food as well as service was good. We got to see lovely sunsets and sunrises from the terrace.

I have stayed in Jhalamand garh hotel in Jodhpur and it's was very nice and soothing experience though it was just a night stay. But its still very relaxing. I felt very royal and hospitable. Owner family of this palace also stays there and he is very respectful and hospitable. He was attending all guests also. Rooms are very spacious and traditional. Breakfast is very good and homely. The best was for me the Aachaar which made by mother of palace owner which is the best in whole Rajasthan for me. So its definitely worth stay if u r visiting Jodhpur.costing is a bit high bcz it's palace cum hotel. Just for a one night stay it's totally worth though.
