Dr Binod S. Agarwal is a very proficient doctor. He gave me a patient hearing and took ample time to explain me all the treatment options. His team is also good and they took reasonable care at all times. My overall experience was highly satisfying. 100% recommended!

I will say this clinic is bit average. Dr Binod is an excellent doctor. He is soft spoken, helpful, explains everything in an easy manner. His charges are also similar to other doctors neither less nor more. The clinic is absolutely clean even the washrooms. They follow all the covid protocols strictly which I liked. So 3 stars for all that. Now coming to the negatives.. the staff of Dr Binod Agarwal is not efficient. They made mistakes in my billing, the security guard is rude, they wont ask you to sit even if empty chairs are there and I have many such other observations of the staff.

Dr Binod agrawal is very good doctor with so many years of experience. He is very calm and polite and listen to patient problem quitely.He explains every aspect of treatment and problem. Clinic is very neat and clean and staff is very helpful...He brings happiness for family who are not having baby for many years...highly recomended

I wish I could rate it negatively. I went for treatment for a less complicated problem. They asked me for blood and urine ,culture and routine test. I was told that the report will come in 3 days, on 5th day i received a call saying culture report has come but the routine is yet to come. Not only that with delay in my report , my condition started deteriorating so much that the treatment I was supposed to get 07 days back. It got delayed with my fever reaching 104. And then in an emergency when I called the doc , he had only one thing to if you have high fever then go get admitted to TMH etc. Now the problem is with high fever the situation in my family got so worst, I have 4 month old twins . Imagine my condition not able to take my kids in my arms for 5 days and my entire family being scared of Covid19 ,thanks to the escalation of my simple case. Knowing the lashes of covid19 worldwide, me and my family got so worried and things started falling apart so and so that I had to take the test. Result is NEGATIVE. the inconvenience caused by the inefficiency of the ONCONQUEST lab and the reckless approach of the doctor has made me and my family cry so much . So if you want to have a nursing home with all the facilities and u make people take tests there ,then u r responsible for the service provider ,u cannot just wave their irresponsible behaviour towards ur patients . I shall never ever forgive them for this. Because of them my treatment got delayed, I landed in hospital there too I was given corona test. Patients and their family die million deaths . The pain, the fever, the negativity ,the fear it was all so scary for me and my family. Either u r responsible then u elaborate ur business if not plz dont play with patients.

I have great experience in my life ,after 14 year my wife born a baby boy ,it's happen only with best coordinator Mr Vinod Agarwal & team ,he is not a doctor he is being human responsible person in humness ,we can't forget in our hole life ,thank u so much ,no any world to write

Many of my colleagues who have had no children and had returned from other ivf centers . Finally they got their issues in JFC & Sparsh IVF Center and fortunately they got twins. Thanks to Dr Binod.
