JEYAM RESIDENCY - Hotel in Dindigul - Dindigul, India

Neat and clean rooms with ample space and lots of furnishings. But the toilets are not up to the mark, with lots of stains and bad odour. Room service was very bad, I requested room cleaning, but even after cleaning the floor was full of dust and sand. Few power points were non functional. A/c will be switched on only if you request for,even though you book a AC room. Ordered coffee and they bought that from a road side shop and served, and charged too much for that, also the quantity was much much lesser. Advantages are Location and parking. Complimentary breakfast is also provided if you ask for that prior, if not they will not provide that and will say sorry sir you have not informed us. Even towels were provided only on request. Not worth for the money paid.

Rooms was spacious but not so cleaned. Location is good but approach road was not good. If you are passing through Dindigul then can use for night stay, Overall good place to stay but not so good.

This place is amazing! I travel a lot and I've never had a better experience than at this hotel. The staff is wonderful and the rooms are spacious and comfortable.washroom clean with hot water facility. Highly recommend! This is hands down the BEST hotel I have ever stayed in! The staff is friendly and welcoming, the room was very clean, and the amenities were top-notch. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great stay. I enjoyed breakfast which was complimentary. Really good staffing

Rooms were nice but bathrooms and service needs improvement

I paid 1300+taxes for non AC room. Room was neat and clean. Hygenic toilets. Don't expect luxury at this price. Rooms are a bit small in size but value for money for the price you pay. Have ample parking space. The hotel is near NH44 and is perfect for travelers for a one night halt on Kashmir kanyakumari highway.

A good decent place for stay, but not the best. Booked rooms for marriage event, rooms are small but maintained well with amenities. Good ventilation, centralized air conditioning unit and lift facility. The major drawback is,the residence doesn't have restaurant attached,no good hotels located nearby. And also the path which leads to residency from main road is very worst. It's a sand road which is badly damaged due to the rains,lot of potholes on the way to reach this venue. Other than that the service is quite good,rates are quite high for this location. Need to develop a good road to reach this property and need to maintain a small cafeteria like setup inside the premises. Car parking available, under CCTV surveillance. Linens , bathrooms were well maintained.
