I would give 0 star to this hotel if I had an option. Everything here is fake and no one to care. They asked us to pay extra regardless of paying in the oyo app....and guess what, nothing worked here properly, the lift, the ac, TV, water,wifi. Even after arguing with the receptionist and the manager they dare not gave us the service and room as they show in Oyo app. We had to leave the very next morning. It's a total waste of time and money here, worst place in Chennai.
It's a fraud hotel. They cheat customer by booking in different name. Please avoid this hotel. They do not provide any bill. They charged extra whatever it was mentioned on the travel portal. A strict action to be taken to avoid any issue for future customer. A big NO even if they are asking to stay here for free.
One of the worst place a person could possibly get into. They forced me to pay extra. And moreover it is not at all safe to stay. Never book this place... I repeat Never..!!! Even for dress change also never book this place. They are absolute cheaters and they won't no respect anybody.
They are involved in fraud. .even if you make prepayment via OYO, they will tell that your booking is not found on their system and you have to make direct booking with them. Also, they dint provide payment receipt of direct booking! Its better to spend some extra bucks for that mental peace. I never write a review but this one was a terrible experience.! Also, No wifi, tv, no parking space etc as they promise on OYO app.! Book at your own risk.
Very very very poor service staff are also very rude. If you book via OYO then your money will get lost they will only accept your stay via OYO after reaching they will tell that you only paid money to OYO not to hotel.. while asking for receipt they only tell you will get on email but you won't get any mail only fraud per day they are charging 1200 and not giving any service no TV no Wifi water also not there after 10 am morning. I stayed for 6 days they haven't clean bathroom, Room and bedsheet when ask for service they will tell only wait for 5 min but they won't give any service for this cleaning I argued with reception person. As per suggestion kindly come in same location and you will find better hotel than this with some reasonable price. Worst Service every
Worst place to ever stay I booked at stay for a night through OYO despite full payment and confirmed booking they asked me to pay extra and when i tried to ask them to talk to oyo agent the receptionist tried to beat me and was drunk please don't stay there be safe
I wish there wud hav been an option for zero as well!!This place is a disaster and the guy sitting in the front desk as a manager or what so ever is ill mannered, impolite...There was no blanket in the bedroom when asked for the same; the guy wasn't even listening started shouting in tamil on me without even listening the issue...No door mat nothing they provided...The hotel itself is pathetic with zero service.... Jayam residency triplicane is a complete disastrous place to check in!!
