Designs were fine. I had issues with billing strategy they have, I had to pay lil cash and lil card payment to this extent I gave my PAN Card and Aadhar card since some portion was cash payment . Now when the invoice was given, they didn't give me bill for cash payment. I m not sure how and under which laws do they do such kind of billing ( didn't see this situation ever in past purchases) . Kindly consult your auditors and improve your billing and account for all the payments made by your customers and pay taxes when you are collecting from your customers. This kind of billing system will not sustain and you will be caught under the indirect tax audits. At the end they didn't give me invoice for my total cash payment unfortunately.
If I had more stars for my experience I would give it. I was recommended by a friend to look into Jewellery by Nikitha. And let me just say that I am coming back for the next wedding in my family. I was able to meet Nikitha in person and she was such a lovely person. I came with a group of my family members and she had a whole private floor for us to use. She got every piece of jewelry we asked for brought up. She personally showed us everything and made the whole experience that much better.
I saw the reviews of her collection and went to see her work for my Mother and my Wife.The jewellery in Nikitha's collection is so breathtaking and surreal. I don't think you'll find this kind of exclusive piece of work anywhere in the twin cities. Her jewellery gives us a mood of wearing jewellery Everyday that ends with 'Y' (haha). She has my highest recommendation as we got a lot of reviews in weddings.
They have always had the latest design in gold & diamond jewellery. It is managed wonderfully by the owners and the staff is extremely patient and eager to show more than what we expect. overall we are extremely satisfied with our shopping experience at Jewellery by Nikitha every time.
