Bought a gemstone + ring from nanabhai. Overall not a good experience. Practice caution and extra due diligence when you buy from them. Don't trust them blindly.
1/ going back on negotiated commitments at the time of billing
2/ very high making charge (20%) for a standard gemstone ring
3/ miscalculations in the bill (considering 22k in place of 18k) that seemed deliberate
Had wonderful experience at nana bhai jewellers with awesome design and the best staff, Dixita Rathod. Dixita is very polite and showed Jwellery very patiently.
