We have purchased a white gold embarked diamond ring, An American diamond fell of from the ring within a usage of 2 months.
When enquired from the store they informed it could be due to accident.
We are using similar ring from other store on same hand for 5 years, it never fell. We are worried if we this could have fallen in our food and could be fetal.
We went to the the store again, the site charged us 1500 for the repair, I was not satisfied with the service, moreover why should I pay for no fault of mine.
I am putting a caution not to all not buy diamond embedded rings, there are some quality issues with the store
