Very bad experience food was good but bathroom was so much dirty and 1 more issue which I faced 1st time in my life..... I showered nd towel get some blood clots bcoz my periods was going on but after checkout receptionist took money for towel..... Seriously dude staff was not well know about the rules and regulations.........

Rightly located, well maintained, superbly built and affordable. One of the best hotels near the locality of Rani kamlapati railway station, the property is a premium category hotel. They have an in house restaurant and bar facility for which room service can be availed. I stayed in a deluxe room with paid breakfast plan for a total of 7 days. The stay was pleasant and courteous. Room was hygienically maintained with every day cleaning. Toiletries were of good quality and replaced daily. The TV was functioning with all the channels being actively available. The breakfast is served from 8:30-10:30, in room but as a buffet when number of guest were more. Quantity and quality was upto the mark in them as well. There's a reliance smart store placed right next to the hotel where you can get anything. Transportation facility is available all the time since it is just opposite to the railway station. Hence a great option for considering your stay in beutiful city of lakes, Bhopal.

Rooms were not very cleaned and completely different from the pictures I've seen.

Very bad experience with the hotel and their staff. No sign of hospitality in an hospitality business. Bedsheets and other bedding items were dirty, room was not mopped properly, and cockroaches shows there presence every now and then. This special treatment occurs when you avail offers from online websites like @fabhotels and they know, we are comparitively paying less then others.

We were sent to this place by another hotel manager at a time when all hotels in bhopal were heavily booked for marriage parties. This place to begin with is under going some takeover issues. Rooms are big & decent in size & the advantage ends right there . No trained staff , some boys from the village doing some shody job . Practically had to stand & get the room clean. The dining room for the hotel guests are on the first floor with no decent size tables & chairs zero ambiance. For everything other than the food which we could call the chef & get it to our taste it was a struggle. The parking on the road was a pain. Never again , its a frustrating experience. Wish they hire some decent staff & buy proper table & chairs for the dining area .

Hotel initially was very good. Now they are not maintaining it. 1) Washroom was dirty when we entered. 2) Cockroaches were there. We had to insist to get pest spray done many times. 3) Wifi is pathetic. It is not only abysmally slow, some pages won't even open. 4) Dirty linens. 5) Breakfast was bad too. I was charged exorbitantly for having some boiled eggs, which I had to since Breakfast was very bad. 6) Despite repeated complaints, no action or resolution provided by any staff. Very bad experience. Never booking FabHotels ever. I stayed for 5 days and they have ruined my Bhopal Trip.

Food is very bad, they are cheating the customer. Quoting some rate and charging additional rate

They Don't have Staff for cleaning.... No Hot water coming. Every where in whole Hotel there are too many Cockroaches. No one is Responding from Reception area. No Toiletries. Toilets Are Broken in all rooms. I have change 3 different rooms but all dirty
