The customer service is top notch. There are two floors in the shop. They deal in gold, silver and platinum jewellery. You should park your vehicle in the mahanagar parking else it might get towed by the traffic police. They have a lot of options from low range to very high range as well.
Has variety jewellery available but mostly in 18k.. since 18k hence you will feel less expensive.. well i was not find many beautiful varieties as i can find in the store across the street.. but still it is goti place and recommended for those who are budget problems and you can always go for alterations and making of of same jewelry in 22k or 24k well thats your wish.. the finish in the jewelry is great!!
I would not recommend this store to anyone. They quoted the price for 18k gold way different from all the stores in Lucknow on 25th October as Rs. 35910 while in Lucknow the price was less than 3100 Rs. Plus first they will give you the final bill amount including GST and If you pay by card, they will again ask you that "sir, if you pay by card you would have to pay GST again" this way the are looting people. I have a recorded video of the incidence and planning to raise a complaint in court.
Showroom standard is very high and staff and owner are well behaved.
