I have been trying to communicate with them since long time. I couldn't reach them over phone or their website. Their phone number & website is not up to date.

We have been their customers for nearly 16 years. Never ever disappointed in design or price. Even major alterations in design they have got it done in minimal time. The staff and owners are very helpful in choosing our requirements. Would recommend to all.

Very bad and highly disappointing experience in terms of their service. I had been there a month ago and they tricked us showing a very good jewelry and thought they will do a very good job. They just promise that they will make jewelry according to our preferences but no they dint keep up their words. They dint handle with care and they missed my 5 numbers of blue sapphire beads and such a careless staffs and owners. I don't think they even bothered to search for those beads. And the end product was very badly made. I recommend not to go to this place and don't loose your precious beads or pearls, money and time.
