We purchased a kamakshi Amman silver vilakku. It started leaking after 2 days and we waited for a day just to reconfirm from our side. We noticed there was oil spills around the lamp in the plate we kept. So we called this shop and informed them about the product. They asked bring it in person. When we visited the shop expecting for a replacement, the overall treatment was bad and very poor customer handling by the owner. The service person was showing very bad attitude. They tried with water and waited for 5 mins. He Said it's not leaking. Why would we want to replace an auspicious Lakshmi lamp at home when it absolutely fine? People don't go this shop and dont fall prey to their business tricks and stuff. Learn to treat your customers well and have some courtesy to address their concerns. Worst shop

Silver article's Collections are Very Nice

It's a bad option for retailers.. they are not value the customer needs and treating the customer in poor manner... I made a purchase of 5 lakh and the overall experience was pathetic...
