jetthiibaa sdn (dhrmshaallaa) - Guest house in Shankhalpur - default, India

Because of good experiences before, we reached Jethiba Sadan at Shankhalpur at 11.00 PM on 08/07/2022. We allotted Room No. 213, which was very dirty. Pillow covers were unwashed. Bad smell from washroom. Dirty buckets. I complained to man, who allotted the room. He was talking in a rude manner. Worthless person. He said that if you are not satisfied with this room, you can go elsewhere & you can complain anywhere. Then-after he allotted-room No. 117, which was okay. So, I request the management to have continuous look after the valuable premise & staff behaviour.

No stars for the review but unfortunately google requires at least 1 star to write down and post a review. Totally worthless staff. They did not allow elderly woman use their washroom. If you people continue to do like this you do not deserve to run hospitality services anywhere. All I will say is that; a female was not given respect where people all across the come to pray to a Goddess at Bechraji.!!! I am sure if Jethiba was there she would have also not liked the way they treated. If this episode seems okay with the owners; I pity on them for their family values.!!
