Second visit to this cozy guest house which is in a quiet and peaceful location. Great place to bring family and friends. Everything is close by...the beach, restaurants, bus stop, bike rentals.

We had a great stay at this guest house. The rooms were okay and the location is very good if you want to experience South Goa. A lot of restaurants around and stay is in a 10 minute walk away from the beautiful and quiet Majorda Beach. There is a bus stop close by to Panaji. Dominik and his family were very helpful and friendly to us. Rooms can be improved a little bit but it's a family business so I understand. Overall we were satisfied with our experience.

Cozy and very nice room, well equipped with huge balcony. Position is great to reach the beach and nice restaurants in few minutes walking. Owners are nice and helpful, good communication.

Amazing guest house!! Amazing location.... The owner is also very helpful. Beach is at a walkable distance and rental bikes are also available nearby...Restaurants are also amazing at walkable distance.

Easy Connectivity to all south beaches, bus stop is just 200 mtrs away.
Mr Dom (propertier) very humble, he'll treat you like family member.
Room has all the required amenities.
Rooms need refurbishment in terms of good AC, water heater in the bathroom for cold days and extra touch of deep cleaning.
Location is close to the beach
Host is helpful and discreet at the same time.

Property is nice and beautifully done. It's a good place to have a relaxing weekend with your partner, friends or family. Their buffet is a must try but only the turn off will be their alcohol drinks. May be you don't go for alcohol in buffet.
