I have conducted the baby ceremony for my wife almost 250 guests ! Nice place.. plenty of parking.. supportive staffs.. did backdrop with sundar very brilliant Highly recommended
I could rate even less than 1 star. For the way they treated and their attitude. In a family function for extra pack of food than ordered numbers they asked to pay an extra amount and more than that they stopped serving food until we accept . What a cheap way to handle customer especially in a marriage function.
We love to stay here often. Suitable for all sort of people. Last time our stay was for a wedding and now for a family event.
Horrible experience with this hotel.... they are doing scam and fraud..... Recently I have arranged a farewell function in this hotel .... First they have charged 1000rs per plate (veg) and hall rent extra 25000rs....after some time we reduced the hall rent price with the influence ... then they changed and charged 1025rs per plate and said some reasons....They asked the requirements and we have told led display for backdrop and they said it will cost 40,000 which was too much extra...so we told we will arrange from outside and we finished at 25,000 (which is 15,000 less). They told that we should pay advance amount of 15,000rs for looking outside because if damages occurs we will detect in that amount...why should I go dj with hotel reference because they are paying u extra commission?...At the function time they are saying that we should keep generator for dj and led with is less than 10 KV and they are not giving power supply..I am asking why the heck u are collecting hall rent if you are unable to give minimum of 10KV.....okay if you can't give the power supply why the heck u are waiting till the end so to ask extra money?...If it is not possible means we will not fix the generator itself....later they have given power supply and saying generator will cost extra 10,000rs what a moment ......then we said ok let it be we will arrange the money and give it after the function because u have said told now only...This was handled by PERIYASAMI sir.....sry he is not capable of saying sir also...He said now itself I need money or otherwise I will cut the power supply.....we are asking and arranging the money at that time he cut the power supply of the generator... what a cheap behaviour by PERIYASAMI ...he is not capable to be in the star hotel ....he should be in road side vendor shop.... jenneys has maintaining the dignity and decoram keeping 4 star but of his cheap behaviour it doesn't feel like a star hotel even small hotel can understand the situation but this man...chai worst behaviour.... Atlast comes Manoj who give sample food by paying money....chai worst..... don't go here .... jenneys name will be spoiled by this two men mainly PERIYASAMI.....I will not recommend any of my friends..... before booking hall for a function please receive tarrif in written form because they will scam and try to get money and keep in their pockets..... better don't go to this hotel.hotel management take immediate action on PERIYASAMI
We had a business meeting at Jennys Residency Coimbatore . We booked rooftop place for dinning . We ordered hakka noodles , fried rice , nun, butter chicken . Food was good. However , the butter chicken was too sweet . The view was great from the rooftop . Overall the food was good at reasonable price
