Among the best properties I have ever been at and undoubtedly one of the best in Bhopal. The location's history contributes to the place's wow factor and captivating old world charm. I enjoyed the hospitality while I was on the property for a day. Each time a staff member walks by, they will give you a big smile. You get free cookies in the room as well as an endless supply of bottled water. You have to taste the pizza and puffs at Cafechino. Will return without a doubt to spend the day here and stay with relatives.

The room facilities are complete and the service personnel are of high quality, which is very different from some express hotels. Very happy I recently had the pleasure of staying at this 5-star hotel, and I can't say enough good things about it. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the staff. The hotel's luxurious ambiance is evident in every detail, from the elegant lobby to the well-appointed rooms.

We had great expectations from the property, but to our dismay, the hotel lacked the most important things - warmth and hospitality. The property is beautiful, though the rooms are okay and the staff is rude and curt. Although, a special mention for the manager at Shahnama Restaurant (a gentleman with a moustache), he was the only one who made our stay pleasurable with his extremely courteous behaviour. Not worth it, hope the hotel management improve their people skills.

This Hotel is good stay and nice there. The Hotel is centrally locate the city. So best for all peoples. Hotel Service is excellent. And i had my food there, the food was really very nice.
