Normally, Jeff is famous for their Biriyani and Afghani Chicken. So we changed the usual and tried their Porotta and Tandoor Afghani Chicken. The Porotta is so thick and large that 2 is enough to fulfill our tummy. The Tandoor Afghani Chicken has the same thick consistency gravy of their normal Afghani Chicken. When we tried, the salt was on the higher side than normal but still, it was okay. A single curry is enough to fullfill 2-3 person as it's has enough gravy and approximate 3 to 4 pieces. In addition to this, we tried their Sulaimani as well. It was filled with aroma of spices and tea powder, we loved it.

Jeff biriyani has always been an emotion for me as I used to visit the Kochi branch(thopumpady) very frequently when I was at Ernakulam. When I came to Thiruvananthapuram and I heard Jeff Biriyani had opened a branch here I couldn't resist visiting there. As always the biriyani was too good but a little more spicy than usual. Afghani chicken is the must try item here and is a loss if you don't. The least suggested item is beef biriyani. It was great experience. Keep up the consistency.

After reading few reviews comparing kochi Jeff, made my mind to try and learn from Trivandrum outlet. After having Ajwa biriyani multiple times and wanted to give a little difference to my taste buds. Not sure, may be we were the first customer for the day - Biriyani tasted deliciously awesome, straight out after dum. I liked it way better than that I had from Kochi. Here you have amble parking and dining space. Afghani chicken tasted average, otherwise my 5 star would have earned by the soft melting rice.

"Jeff Biriyani" in Trivandrum offers one of the finest biriyanis I've tasted in the city. Advertised as an Omani biriyani, it's made with long rice. I tried their beef biriyani, which had a flavorful masala that wasn't overly spicy, but still well-balanced. The beef pieces were cooked to perfection, and the side dishes like salad and pickle complemented the meal nicely. The ambiance is delightful, with a well-lit environment and around 5-6 tables. The wash area is clean, and the service was impressively quick, taking under 5 minutes. The restaurant also provides parking space and is conveniently located just opposite the Ariesplex Theatre complex. I highly recommend Jeff Biriyani to biriyani enthusiasts who appreciate a delicious blend of flavors.

It may be a little overpriced but it makes up for its great taste. Tried their chicken and apricot mutton biryani and Afghan chicken. Everything tasted amazing but the quantity was a bit less. They served these 3 dishes without any time waste and they're the selling point of this franchise, so you won't waste any time once you step in. There is usually a waiting during peak hours but it's worth it.

If you are a fan or Arabic taste,go for this. But if you prefer Kerala style biriyani don't expect much. Afgani Chicken was delicious. Service is good. Parking is very congested.
