My overall experience is satisfactory. All the doctors and staff members were cordial and helpful. I specially thank Mr. Lalit, the nurses (I don't recall their names), Mr. Harish, etc. to name a few.
Best experience ever in a hospital . Staff is friendly and humble all the doctors are so cooperative . And explains every thing to the patient until his satisfaction . It is one the oldest hospital in Delhi started in 1920 by sabharwal family . Jeewan Mala Hospital Has also been recognised by rastrapati bhavan for their commendable service . Dr. Malvika Sabharwal have been awarded Padma Shri in 2008 by President of India Smt Pratibha Patil
I had a gall stone surgery done in Jeewan mala Hospital and I was totally impressed by the treatment. The whole team of Dr. Vinay, Dr. Nikunj, Dr. Arush, Pinki and Sanju madam are the outstanding. The hospital staff is very humble and cooperative.

I was discharged yesterday 25-09-2023 from the hospital I called the reception 3, 4 times for 2 to 3 days, before getting hospitalized, I did not beg them to be hospitalized. If you did not had the space, why give false information and call someone from afar and then snatch money out of their insurance?. Worst experience ever. Never visiting this hospital ever again. Nursing staff is amazing. Senior specialist doctors are top notch. But in terms of hygiene it's the last place you'd want to be. Also they guys are bunch of frauds at reception they never mentioned that they will charge general ward same as semi private room i asked for Double bedded and they put me in ward 415 4th floor with 8 beds and a single Shared uncleaned toilet. They do not even take the consent of a patient about billing and room charges and create foolish misunderstandings and then blame the patient only for their doings. And ALWAYS anywhere in this world aapko pehle keenat batayi jati hai kisi bhi service ya cheez Ki before we opt for it. But i guess Jeewan Mala Hospital thinks the other way around.
Jeewan mala hospital is the best hospital ever. I got lovely experience when my wife was pregnant. Every staff and doctors are very excellent. The radiology department, staff and doctors are too good. They guided me the process of pregnancy.
