Very dirty, unhygienic, smelly rooms. Rats and cockroaches roam inside the room. Spider's web on the ceilings of the rooms and bathrooms,broken commode,dirty broken small, wardrobe. No hot water.I was immediately charged for 2days during checkin i.e Rs1600for a non air conditioned room. The room was so unbearable, pathetic I checked out within 3hours. But I didnt get back the refund. The staffs and owner are extremely unfriendly and very bad hospitality. There are lots of excellent, neat and clean hotels with very helpful staffs, you will get around the Golden temple at a rate lower than this.Do not book this hotel online and get cheated.
Very poorly organized and very dirty room,i was about to stay there but cancel after i entered the room,bedsheets and blankets are very dirty, drawers are full of garbages. Manager was polite though, but he said he will not refund the advance fee. Wall and bathroom were dirty too. I would never recommend this hotel to any 1. Smelly and dirty rooms. They charged us 1600 rs. for such a dirty room. The AC was rusted. The Geyser was leaking. Not recommended at all.
