The doctor seems to be fine with his treatment but the way he & his team treats patients is pathetic. They ask you to call at 10 am, you call them for 1 hour & they are busy on other calls even if you try continuously. After finally connecting they say call tomorrow. The appointments are full! They do not even take appointments for the next day and the lady shouts at you and is rude for no reason. They treat you like they do not charge you and serve you for free. On top of that the doctor is only available for 2 days a week. They do not care about emergencies. They do not understand problems if you are coming from a different city! They are expensive & still the staff has no understanding of how to talk to patients. I hope these guys make changes in the management and their behaviors before it is too late!

Just call their ambulance service and they are soo bad in behaviour. They are saying that once in a day this service is available in area and after they are not sending any ambulance. And they are their own numbers and not accepting the calls from that number.
