Jeevantara Club & Spa Resort - Resort hotel in Udaipur, Gordhan Vilas Rural - Udaipur, India

I stayed with my family for 2N3D in the hotel from 30/09 to 2/10/23. Pros: - out of busy city life so very peaceful - ambience is pretty good with the swimming pool , attached garden and open dinner tables with cottages near the pool . -it is good for morning sunrise and late evening booze parties with in house music system. - have very nice and helpful support staff. - rooms are. Quite big I booked super deluxe room via AR holidays . Cons: - Very old fashioned marble tiling and very basic furnitures. - No table for having dinner in room - No refrigerator even in super deluxe room. You have to call room service and keep your food in restaurants refrigerator on request. - far from city so need to book auto at very high price as even Ola uber will book only 2 way drive with out city book. -sticking washroom but room service person tried to spray fragrance but of no use. -Cushion cover was very dirty. -Tea kettle was not working but was replaced immediately on request.

Bogus resort. Very bad experience of staying in this property. The staff is very rude. I pray after reading my review no one book the room. I appeal to all tourist that don't give business of single rupee to such a croock promoters.

The ambience is great but one major drawback is one cannot enjoy the outdoors and amenities as the area is majorly crowded with Drunkers who are seen here and there near the pool and sitting area. The resort must do something as this environment doesn't support families with kids as children question such behaviours and one feels limited to rooms despite having great view and outdoors. Talking about room, the cleanliness is not upto the mark. Our washroom has not even a proper working flush and this can be counted as a major problem.

Very Bad Experience With This Property Also staff is very rude. No one support travels agent and organizer.. I'm strongly suggest every one please check before booking and best is other option for your stay

Location has some scenic views, food is good. Only issue is that rooms need some maintenance work.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at Jeevan Tara Resort, and I must say that my experience this time was a bit disappointing compared to my previous visit. While the resort still retains its beautiful surroundings and peaceful ambiance, the service provided this year was not up to the mark.During my previous stay, the staff at Jeevan Tara Resort was extremely attentive and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience for the guests. However, this time, there seemed to be a noticeable decline in the quality of service. The staff appeared less motivated and less responsive to the needs of the guests.One of the main issues I encountered was a lack of timely assistance. Requests for basic amenities took longer than expected to be fulfilled, and at times, we had to follow up multiple times before our needs were addressed. This was a significant departure from the efficient and prompt service I had previously experienced at the resort.Moreover, the overall attention to detail seemed to have suffered. The room cleanliness was not up to par, and we found several small maintenance issues that were not promptly fixed. It was evident that the level of care and maintenance had decreased compared to my previous stay.On a positive note, the resort's location and natural beauty are still outstanding. The surroundings offer a serene and picturesque environment, providing an escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. The amenities, such as the swimming pool and spa, were also well-maintained and enjoyable.However, despite the positive aspects, the decline in service quality was a significant drawback during my recent stay at Jeevan Tara Resort. I hope the management takes note of these issues and makes the necessary improvements to ensure that future guests have a more pleasant experience.Overall, while the resort's location and amenities are appealing, I would caution potential visitors to consider the current service quality, which fell short of my previous experience at Jeevan Tara Resort.
